Meet the Coach

Coach Grubb comes to Fayette following a three-year stint at California High School. Prior to that, he spent nine seasons as the Defensive Coordinator at Mexico High School, where he played a key role in building competitive, disciplined teams. His move to Fayette represents an exciting opportunity to begin a long-term process focused on building a sustainable and successful football program.

“I am excited to work in a community with such a proud tradition and a strong desire to return to winning football,” Grubb said. “Fayette offers the chance to build on recent successes while establishing a clear vision for the future.”

A central focus of Coach Grubb’s approach will be alignment across all levels of the program. He is committed to working closely with youth, middle school, and high school players to ensure continuity, development, and shared expectations.

“The goal is to set a new standard for what it means to be a Falcon,” Grubb added. “By developing players the right way from an early age, we can create a program that our community is proud of year after year.”
