A+ Schools Program
The A+ Scholarship Program provides scholarship funds to eligible graduates of A+ designated high schools who attend a participating public community college or vocational/technical school, or certain private two-year vocational/technical schools. This is a Missouri scholarship and can only be used at approved Missouri two-year institutions. Some four-year institutions offer A+ scholarships for students meeting A+ criteria, but it does not cover the full cost of tuition. Students have 48 months (4 years) after the graduation date documented on the high school transcript to use the scholarship funds.
Students must meet all A+ requirements to be eligible. Further details about eligibility and the application of the A+ program Scholarship are available on the Missouri Department of Higher Education Website.

Work Study
Students will earn credit by exploring career readiness through research activities and writing assignments as well through work experience. Students will be employed part time and will develop general work site competencies and be provided an opportunity to experience real world work. Work study may be taken as a 1, 2, or 3 hour course. Students must gain employment at an approved work site* and must remain employed at that work site for the duration of the year.
*Approved work sites consist of employment providing: consistent weekly hours, a job setting that offers a work environment with coworkers and/or supervisors/managers, a job that is not seasonal, and working for a parent or direct relative is not permissible
